Refund Policy

You can cancel a membership at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If the platform did not work as described, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will review the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

We do not refund based on auction outcomes — a lost bid, a raised final price, a withdrawn lot, or an asset that differed from its source listing. Our estimates are research outputs, not guarantees.

We never collect deposits, bids or purchase payments. Any refund of auction funds must be pursued directly with the auction house or agency that ran the sale.
