Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use Surplus Asset Intel and how that data is used.
Data we collect
Account data (email, display name), platform activity you create (watchlist items, saved searches, alert preferences, recently viewed assets) and standard technical logs required to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To authenticate you, deliver the features you enable (alerts, saved searches, watchlists), maintain security, and improve valuation and scoring quality in aggregate.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your watchlist or search activity with auction sellers.
Storage and access
Personal records are protected by row-level access rules so each account can only read and write its own data. Administrative access is limited to accounts with an explicit admin role.
Transactional email (authentication, alerts you enabled) is sent as part of the service. You can turn alert categories off at any time in Settings.
Your choices
You can update your profile, disable alerts, or request account deletion. Deleting an account removes your profile, watchlist, saved searches and alert history.
